All refund and return requests must be addressed directly with the store that fulfilled your order. Samband.io acts solely as a platform to facilitate orders and delivery and does not process refunds or exchanges.

Each participating store may have its own return policy regarding eligibility, timelines, and product conditions. Please refer to the specific store’s policy or contact them directly for resolution.


b. Pick-Up Returns

If a return or exchange requires pickup from your address, an additional pickup fee may apply. This fee will vary depending on location and will be communicated to you before pickup is arranged.

Pickup may only be scheduled if the store agrees to accept the return and authorizes Samband.io to assist with pickup coordination.


c. Eligibility

In general:

  • Perishable items (like fresh produce, dairy, or meat) are non-refundable unless the item is clearly spoiled or damaged upon delivery and reported within 24 hours.

  • Non-perishable items may be eligible for return if unopened and in original condition, subject to the store’s approval.


d. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact the store listed on your receipt or order confirmation.

  2. Provide clear details about the item(s) in question and your reason for return.

  3. If approved by the store, contact Samband.io (if delivery/pickup is needed) to schedule the return service and confirm any applicable fees.
